You're terrifically kind, dear Anne. Thank you very much - both for your supportive comment here and for including a link to this post on your site. It seems far fewer bloggers link to one another any more these days, so the fact that you continue to do so and to help the blogging community flourish all the more in the process really means a lot to me.

May you have a safe, sunny, peaceful, vibrant, and truly beautiful summer from start to finish.

In reply to <a href="https://witchcraftedlife.com/12-ways-to-celebrate-the-summer-solstice-indoors-during-covid-19-or-anytime/#comment-676">Olivia Sierra</a>.

Thank you immensely, sweet Olivia. You are such a caring, thoughtful person.

While Tony continues to deal with some health issues (he's actually having a bit of a rough time on that front this week - poor thing!), mercifully, he is doing a fair bit better overall than he was between the tail end of last year and April of this year.

With most non-emergency or Covid-19 medical services being put on hold, he's not been able to get any testing or follow-up care done since his last surgery (in early March), which isn't ideal. Again though, he has made some improvements and we've been using his symptom + pain levels/severity to assess his progress so far, all the while remaining optimistic that he'll continue to heal further as more time goes on.

Thank you for sharing with me some of the things you've been doing to celebrate the joy-filled time that is early summer. I adore blueberries as well and have a strong family connection to this healthy, delicious little fruit, as some relatives on my mom's side had a blueberry farm in BC's Lower Mainland region for decades (which my mom and her siblings spent much of their summer each year working on when they were growing up). To this day my mom madly adores blueberries and blueberry themed items, so anything blueberry related instantly makes me think of her.

What a meaningful, gorgeous altar. There's a good-sized rock in our backyard that' a few inches across. I love to use it as the base for my outdoor altars and/or to leave offerings on - including (bird safe ones) for the majestic ravens and owls that live in the trees on our property. Working with outdoor altars in general is such a special way to honour and celebrate the seasons/sabbats, and it's hard for me to imagine not doing so now after a few years of being fortunate to live in houses with yards (after various basement suites, apartments, etc).

Thank you again for everything. May the resplendent warmth, light, positivity, beauty, vitality and abundance of the Summer Solstice bless you daily straight onto to fall, my dear friend.

Oodles of hugs coming your way from both me and Annie.

Thank you wholeheartedly on each beautiful front, sweet Debi.

Did you have sunshine on the first day of summer? We experienced quite a mixed bag of weather that day. Some rain, some grey skies, a few spots of sunshine, and even a bit of fairly strong wind. Tony and I kept scanning the sky for a rainbow, but none were forthcoming over our house/street.

That's okay! We saw one a few days earlier (the first we'd spotted so far this year) and were still buzzing with happiness from that encounter.

I steadfastly hope that despite the abundance of difficulties in the world right now, a safe, positive, meaningful, and happiness filled summer is able to reach us both, my dear friend.

Here's to making the best of whatever this season has in store and eagerly looking forward to our beloved autumn time along the way.

This is wonderful sweet Autumn , I love all of the details about each of your comment regarding Pagan ceremonies I already cooked a blueberry pie, I also did a small craft with dry plants that I posted on Insta (Helas, not so many dry flowers , first because I don’t buy flowers and second because there are none around my house ).
Living close to the beach , I have many beautiful shells , I think I am going to use some to create a small altar outside to honor Litha.
The idea of creating a wand is also appealing to me .i wish you a beautiful ceremony, hope your husband is feeling better.

How wonderful that two majestic oaks call your front yard home. Oaks are truly one of my favourite trees, and I feel a strong spiritual connection with them. We don't have any on our property, but I have found a few within a (generous) walking distance of our home and love to visit them whenever possible.

May the gathering that you're planning for Karen come to fruition and a beautiful time be had by all who attend it.

Joyful Summer Solstice wishes from my heart to yours!
