I’m hoping – health, time, and various other factors permitting – to start posting my first ASMR connect there later on this spring (or at the very least, as soon as I possibly can).

ASMR really has played – and continues to play – a profoundly important part in my life. It is my unwavering hope that my content will in turn be able to be a positive in the lives of others around the world, too.

And, given that I’m going to be creating ASMR now, I plan to blog about the topic every now and then here – which I hope will help introduce more folks to this incredible form of relaxation, sleep help, and all-around stress-busting wonderfulness.
