In reply to <a href="https://witchcraftedlife.com/25-pagan-and-non-pagan-books-for-beltane/#comment-4601">Debi</a>.

Thank you very much, my cherished friend. I'm delighted to know that some of these lovely titles lept out at you. I own a copy of "Crafting With Nature" and, inspired by its inclusion in this post, am now planning a future in-depth review of it.

For the past several years, almost no card making or scrapbooking related titles have been released (the heyday for such was mid-1990s to the very early 2010s). I have zero qualms with reviewing older books, but do often like to focus on ones that are still readily available, should my readers wish to pick up a copy of their own.

Crafting With Nature isn't a paper crafting book, but as it does obviously pertaining to crafting in general, it would be a fun change of pace from some of the other topics that my book review posts have thus far focused on.

And, should I happen to pick up any of the other crafting related titles mentioned in this post, there's a high chance they'll land in book review posts of their own as time goes on, too.

I think of you often (for a number of reasons, my health included, I've not been on IG at all in recent days, so am behind on your latest content there, I'm afraid) and really hope that you're experiencing a sunny, safe, and thoroughly enjoyable spring.

Oodles of hugs,

Immensely joyful birthday month wishes, dear Anesha! What a gorgeous, upbeat chapter of the year to be born into! (Fun fact: you share a birth month with my paternal grandma.)

I sincerely hope that your special day is (or was, if it has already transpired) relaxing, fun-filled, and bursting with happiness!

Thank you very much for your lovely comment. Soooo true!!! I've been a passionate bookworm and usually have multiple titles on the go at once. Even then, there's no way on earth I could ever get to even a small fraction of all the books I wish I could read in my lifetime. Ultimately though, that's okay. It's awesome to always know there's a limitless number of titles out there that I'd be elated to read.

Big hugs & many wishes for a sunny, beautiful May!

Hello dear heart, thank you very much for your terrific comment. What a kind, touching thing to be told. I'm grateful for your presence in my life as well - just as I am for the beautiful (and very meaningful) support that you bless my blog with.

It's funny in a way, you know. Prior to launching this site, I thought that the Pagan/witchy side of it would be more popular and attract the lion's share of my audience, but thus far things have swayed more towards paper crafters and other folks in general. As such your comments in support of my witchy/Pagan content mean all the more to me.

Rituals can be profoundly important, I completely agree. Likewise for traditions. I'm huge on traditions. HUGE!!! Both inside and out of a witchy/Pagan context, traditions resonate with me immmensely and have for my entire life. There is beauty, comfort, familiarity, connectedness, enjoyment, and so much more to be found in the act of repeating elements that have been present for years, decades, or longer.

I am certain this is no small part of the reason why I connect so deeply with both the seasons and The Wheel of the Year, as well as why I've always been wild for events like secular holidays, birthdays, and anniversaries - as well as why I strive to keep many everyday types of traditions alive in my life as well.

Clearly this is a topic I can talk up a blue streak about (lol!), so before I do, I'll wrap up here and wish you a thoroughly marvelous month of May, sweet soul!

Thank you sweetly, dear Shelia. I adore crows (and corvid members in general) as well. We're fortunate to have several ravens (as well as some owls, woodpeckers, pheasants, and a variety of other birds) that frequent the tall evergreen trees in our backyard. Their presence is one of our favourite elements of living at this propety and we adore watching and listening to these wise avian friends throughout the year.

Big hugs & sunny, joyful May wishes coming your way!

You're very welcome, dear Ann. Many thanks in turn for your lovely comment. The Hidden Life of Trees (as well as the other related titles by the same author, including The Secret Wisdom of Nature) is a stellar book. I've read and highly recommend it - as I do all of the author's work.

Agreed! Spring has found its footing again here at long last and that means it's time for picnics, BBQs, and general alfresco dining aplenty! I've always absoluely loved eating outdoors and really look forward to being able to do so again each year.

Many thanks again, my lovely friend. Wishing you a sunny, wonderful rest of May!

Thank you very much, Donna. I really appreciate your support of this post, especially as I know you're not a fellow witch.

Absolutely! As my audience is quite diverse and includes both Pagans/witches and non-Pagan/witches, I often strive to share content that is apt to appeal (at least in part) to those in both camps.

Many of these books are ideal for a broad audience and are perfect for just anyone looking to expand their springtime-related reading list.

Thank you again. I hope that your May is going marvellously.

Thank you, Autumn, for including such a diverse collection of books in this post. Surely anyone can find several books of interest here- regardless of the path they choose to walk.
There were quite a few that caught my interest- especially the ones on Nature artwork and the night sky.
Lovely post!

Ooo I bought the hidden life of trees years ago when I only had enough in my bank account for it but it spoke to me so much - then later I found a second on discount and used it all over my house ... I love it!
So many of these I have but I’m especially excited for a few I don’t like the Flowers one! Thank you for these suggestions!
I actually totally almost forgot about Beltane ( yea I’m so fickle at times) but thanks to your email I’m throwing something together to celebrate the light moments. Thanks for that! I need your presence in my life! Rituals are important too !
