I’m not sure if it’s because most of the houses we’ve lived in have been on the smaller side (and thus tend to have less available wall space for banners) or some other reason entirely, but I tend to forget about making banners most of the time. That’s awesome!!! We hit record highs (on those dates) in the first week of June, but thankfully the rest of the month hasn’t been quite that intensely warm. We’re headed back that way (mid-30s C) in the coming week, according to the forecast and will likely dip in and out of the 30s straight on until late August or early September, as per usual around these parts.

I love and try to make the best of every season (and cannot help but have a soft spot in my heart for the season into which I was born), but definitely favour fall as well, as you know. Happily, and thankfully, just three more months to go until our beloved chapter of the year returns again. I can hardly wait! 🎃

As someone who rarely finishes a paper crafting project in less than several hours (and sometimes takes 2 or more days for a single card, detailed tag, LO, etc), whipping up multiple little tags in a single day was a thoroughly enjoyable change of pace. I had such a great time putting this charming Halloween tag set together. For a crafter like me who tends to take several hours (if not multiple days) to complete most of my paper crafting projects, putting together a whole set of tags in less than one afternoon was also a really enjoyable change of pace – and a helpful reminder to create similar projects more often.
