In returning to this site’s first entry again, I am struck by the fact that Witchcrafted Life is nearly two years old now. What a profoundly different place both the world at large and, in some respects, my own life is these days vs when this site was just getting off the ground.

Sweet Deb, I am profoundly sorry for what you and your country have endured in recent weeks. To call it a living nightmare would be the understatement of the decade. I have weep tears drawn straight from the well of my soul for Australia and its inhabitants – animal and human alike – and could never adequately begin to put into words how much I grief in sympathy for the loss, destruction, pain, stress and trauma so many have endured.

Thank you SO much, Janey. Things were really touch and go as to if this blog would be able to come to fruition of not (for a multitude of reasons), so I kept completely tight-lipped about it until it was live.

I am elated to be blogging again. Doing so at this stage in my life feels right and is proving to be something that I didn’t even realize just how substantially I needed in my world once more.

Early days (to put it mildly!) for sure, but every journey has to start somewhere and I’m having a stellar time with beginning this one. I’m really excited to see where it will lead, who will join me on this path, and how my posts will hopefully help + inspire others along the way.
